Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to buy the battery for my computer, but i can´t find it anywhere, i don´t know where to buy it, if someone could help me, please tell me where i can buy it or who i can contact for the purchase, please. My computer is an HP ENVY LAPTOP - 13-ad002la. Please Help.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

First remove your battery and check exactly the shape and specification  before you order a new battery because there are 2 versions, see (1)

 

Specification

-> 6 or 3 cells ?

-> 53 or 51 WHr ?

-> 2.55 AHr or 4.45 AHr ?

(2) I checked all HP spare part numbers at HP Partsurfer, there are out of stock

(3) Search on aftermarket ( ebay, aliexpress, amazon,  ... ) and catch genuine or compatible battery. Please pay attention to HP spare part number and the shape !

New AD03XL Battery for HP Envy 3-AD105TX AD019TX AD017TX 921409-2C1 921439-855

New Genuine AB06XL Battery for HP Envy 13-AD023TU AD024 921438-855 TPN-I128

Hello, I managed to verify what battery it is, it is impossible to find the specific one, however, a generic reference is useful:

 

  • HP ELITEBOOK 2570P BATTERY 11.1 V 6 CELLS NEW BULK

Could you please confirm in which HP store I can find it in Colombia or in the United States, or through which page can I find it?
