I've been tried to get into my Bios to boot my PC, but i need a password and i don't have any password for do that. So when i put a wrong password to get a code, my Pc just gave for two options. My SN, 5CD0** and 2 an HP Sparekey Usb Recovery. and i don't know what to do with my SN, and i don't know how obtain an HP sparekey. Please help. BTW, My laptop no longer has a warranty.

IF you need to get into the BIOS setting to disable Secure Boot -- so you can boot from a USB stick containing a different version of Windows, you still need the BIOS password -- and there's no way we can provide that to you.
