Product: HP notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When trying to restore to factory settings  I have to enter a password.  That password is gone.  I have tried all the suggestions online  F11, F8, escape, removed the battery.  The screen always enter administrative password or Power On password.  Cannot get any other screen to come  up.  After 3 attempts I get system disabled and error code 46805444.  Can anyone help?
