I cannot remember my Administrator/Power On password so I am unable to get past that screen to even get into the laptop. I believe I put this on by mistake honestly because I was trying to figure out a way to fix the issue I was having that gave me the error code "Driver Support not equal or less than" and that was put of nowhere. Someone PLEASE HELP!

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
