Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I checked a debug box in advanced options of system configiration on my hp 650 2G, now I can't even pass the lock screen because I have to setup my pin yet there is no internet network supported on my device after restarting my laptop and this unsupported internet started after I a restart I made on my laptop. I'm really stuck now I don't know what to do. how do i pass this lock screen and how do I fix my laptop?
