Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-r020nr (ENERGY STAR)

I was factory reseting my computer because it was running slow and now all its doing is showing hp then turns blank then hp again it does it back to back what van I do please

You listed win11 but this system with only 2gb of memory cannot run 11 and is barely adequate for windows 10

 

Try your full  Product ID  including the characters after the # symbol at the below site and see if cloud recovery for windows 10 is available
