Actually, I was unable to open my laptop because I forgot the BIOS password I tried everything but nothing helped.

and now whenever I boot up my laptop the capslock and numlock led blinks and makes the sound I don't know what is causing it.

And from past few weeks, I am noticing that my laptop just shows the boot for more than 15 secs and it seems to be struck and after a while it loads press enter to startup.

Can anybody have any suggestion to recover it.

Thank You!

Even if you were to be able to do a reset, that would not remove the BIOS password as that is not controlled in Windows, which is what would be reloaded.

The long boot time tends to indicate a failing hard drive.  If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

If the hard drive is failing, a reset attempt will fail.
