Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the system disable code is   [ I 55786926 ] need password. I call HP support but the want money to remote unlock. To me it seems like HP wants money  every month just to use what I have bought. they want 34.99 activation charge and 14.99 a month. they are holding my pc for ransom.
