I hace an HP Envy laptop and I have run into Bit Locker problem, so far I have not been able to get past it?

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

 

  • Are you being asked for a BitLocker recovery key at startup?
  • Do you still have access to your Microsoft account or the recovery key that may have been saved there?
  • What exactly happens when you try to proceed  does it reject the key, or do you not have one available?
