Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a HP 530 Notebook PC, It had Windows vista and I tried to install Windows 10 via bootable USB, I used the software Rufus which has been useful to install Windows in other PCs without problems. In this case, when I plugged the bootable USB with Windows 10 May 1903 Update 32/64bits, select the USB to boot, and It shows only the black screen with the Windows logo and nothing more happens. I tried installing Ubuntu 18.04 and newer versions and 0 problems. Also I tried the Media creation tool and it's the same problem.

You're NOT going to be able to do this update with any success.  Why?

Because with a laptop, you need the HP OEM version of Windows since only that version has the HP drivers needed for your laptop.  If you use any version downloaded from Microsoft, that will only have generic drivers and some of the components on your laptop will then not work anymore -- due to lack of HP drivers.

You would need to check the HP Cloud Recovery tool to see if you can use it to download and create that install media -- but with something this old, that is likely NOT to work:

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

You use the Microsoft Store to download the actual tool:

If you use a different PC to run the tool, you will have to provide your PC's product number. Here is an HP link for finding that information:
