My first thought would be that the prefix to your halt code is actually 'i' - if that's correct:

 

Enter  11834641

OMG it finally worked.. ok thanks allot man.  Can you help me with the next step it says " boot device not found" "please install an operating system on your hard disk" " hard disk (3fo)" "F2 system diagnostics "

If the OS was Windows 10, you can try performing a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link.  Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.
