I have a black screen on my notebook and I can’t turn it on, what do I do?

I downloaded this app called Yandere Simulator on the first on second link, then once I’ve launched it I’ve clicked on an option to head outside (in game) then the loading screen came up and I can’t remember how long it loaded for, I’m guessing 1 minute or something then it freezes for a few seconds then my laptop or as it’s called a notebook laptop goes into a black screen. I tried to press the power on/off button but nothing seemed to work then I tried it again, nothing. This is an HP laptop doesn’t contain a battery that doesn’t come out so I can’t take it out and put it back in since it’s sealed inside the bottom layer I think.

Hi,

You need to hold the power button pressed for at least 10-20 seconds and the notebook will turn off.

Turn it back on again and see if the problem persists.
