Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turn on my computer appears the hp logo loads and then a randomly a square with black screen similar to a command promp appears and super fast disappears then ask me to chose a language for the keyboard and let me in a blue background only with to options trouble shoot and turn off inside trouble shoot are only two options recovery manager and advance option any of them do anything to help me.
