Hi

UnTICK/Check the SYSTEM FAILURE - AUTOMATIC RESTART

Try the above.  A faulty/corrupted driver can be the cause.

Thank you for the answer,  but it didn't work.

I also tried to disable all the hardware that can make the computer reopen ( keyboard, network, mouse)

Hi

So now it is to look in the BIOS and make sure that 'wake on lan' 'keyboard' etc is not enabled.

Next is to ShutDown....

shutdown /l

shutdown /s /t 0

I hope we will be able to solve that. when i run the comend, it just make the computer shut down, or go to sleep, but it reopen by itself, after a few seconds

Hi

So start it in Safe Mode. F8

Command Line,. No drivers.

Then use the shutdown command.

And then maybe try other F8 options.

Re-sequence the boot order.

Ensuring PXE boot is last and disabled.
