I'm facing a turn on issue on my laptop. It takes hours and hours to turn on and meanwhile power light keeps blinking and it's color is amber and capslock is also on. Upon forceful power button press, it turns on but this issue is keeps on repeating. And honestly, I'm tired of this hp issue.

The blinking amber power light and Caps Lock light could indicate a hardware or startup problem, but the exact meaning depends on your HP laptop model and the blink pattern.

When it happens, try counting how many times the Caps Lock light blinks before pausing and repeating. Also, disconnect all USB devices and accessories, then try starting the laptop with only the charger connected.

If it still takes hours to start, I’d run HP hardware diagnostics, especially the memory and storage tests, once you can get it running. Avoid repeatedly forcing it to shut down if possible.
