Product: HP Z240 Tower Base Model Workstation

I think I got it upgraded from 1.2 to 2.0 the wrong way I did it through SP81900 the firmware upgrade thing So now when I go to tpm.msc its showing me this

And on the Device manager it tells me this :

So I really think I did something wrong because its not supposed to be like that Please help me
