Hi @123jordan456,

Thank you for the detailed information.

Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

Step 1 – Right-click on an empty area on the Taskbar and select Task Manager.
Step 2 – When Task Manager comes up, click the Startup tab and look through the list of programs that are enabled to run during startup. Disable the startup items which are unnecessary. To stop them from running, right-click the program and select Disable.

NOTE: Another cool thing in Windows 10 is the Startup impact column where you can see how much or little a program is affecting the startup time.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.

It was lagging from the start. No I haven't made any software or hardware change either .I reinstalled my windows so at the time of boot and after like a minute or so lagging continues but after that everything works fine apps don't lag at all .
