HP Notebook - 14-ck0517sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've done the memory test and the hard drive test but it says that there is no hard drive installed. Also, I have pressed f10, and went to system configuration and also disabled  the legacy support, and also pressed the UEFI device configuration and then the intel rapid storage technology , but it says 'no disks connected to system'. What should I do?

Hi,

Most likely you will need to replace the drive, or at least see if the PC runs with another drive. Your local computer technician could do this.

You could try performing a power reset, but I doubt it will work.

The spec page states you have an M2 PCIe NVMe 256GB installed. So, you will need to replace it and reinstall the OS. You can get a larger capacity drive (no limit)

Hope it helps,
