Not only am I unable to create a new Microsoft account, delete my old one, or verify my own **bleep** identity - but my laptop has been having issues for weeks.
On hold for a human for hours, multiple hard resets, and countless other suggestions from Microsoft that didn’t work.
They argue me down about the issue every single time and then direct me to HP or HP directs me to Microsoft.
meanwhile, my laptop still doesn’t work.
it’s literally the same exact issues I’ve just read from 5 other people on here just YEST & TODAY.
At this point, I’m angry.
i can say that Apple has not only handled any issues for me with one call, but they’re nice and genuine and they don’t push me off to the next rep who doesn’t give a crap about my business.
