@Dee2707,

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Power off the laptop completely:

  • Hold the power button down for about 10-15 seconds to shut it down completely.

Disconnect any external devices:

  • Unplug any USB drives, printers, or other external devices from the laptop.

Reset the TPM:

  • When the laptop is off, turn it on and immediately start pressing the Esc key repeatedly (or F10) to enter the BIOS setup.
  • Look for a Security tab or a TPM option.
  • If there's an option to reset or disable TPM (Trusted Platform Module), select it and save changes.

Exit and restart:

  • After making the changes, save and exit the BIOS. Your laptop should restart.

Try booting normally:

  • Once the laptop restarts, check if it bypasses the TPM error and boots up correctly.

If TPM issue persists:

  • If you can still access the BIOS, you can try setting it back to default settings and restart the laptop.

Attempt a system recovery:

  • If it’s still stuck, you might want to try a system recovery or boot from a recovery USB (if you have one) to complete the reset.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
