This forum member is from a French-speaking country.
'Pilote' is French for 'Driver.'
The person can't find the hard drive when he is trying to reinstall Windows because it reports a driver is missing.
There should be no reason for the need to load Intel storage controller drivers when installing W10/W11 on that platform, so if you know the answer, or want to take a crack at it, please do.
If the notebook came with Windows from HP it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility.
