HP Recommended

We have an HP laptop purchased from Microsoft in 11/2022.  It had "locked up" and when we did a restart it is asking for Administrator password or power on password.  We cannot get past this screen as we are unsure of the password

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
