I have a Notebook, a HP Mini 210-1018CL, product number WH862UA#ABA, I need to boot it, it starts up in an error message with blue and even black screen. I used a USB flash drive on the left side of the Notebook, I turned on the Notebook, inserted the USB flash drive, then turn it off and press Escape every second several times and it didn't boot. I did something similar at another time and it started up, I need to make sure I'm doing it right, can you please tell me how to boot it step by step? I tried, tried, and tried and tried, I read and read, I used the Virtual HP Support and I was not able to be successful with booting my Notebook. Please let me know how to boot it I really want to use it. I also need to get a charger, mine got stolen and replaced for another one. Where can I get one at a very decent price? I'm not working, I have physical health problems and need medical treatment. I have money but have no access to it, I reported family members in court. I will have access to it after a court hearing, I will like to use my Notebook way before that. Thanks so much for all your help and support, God bless you.

First, lets talk about what needs to be done and in what order. An older laptop, like yours, that does not boot nearly always has hard drive issues, and if that is the case, no USB stick is going to fix that, no matter what you do. So, you need to check for drive issues, first. Then if the drive checks out, you would need access to a working PC and a USB stick to create media that can be used to repair the boot files on your PC. If you do not have that, you can NOT fix it. Then, if the boot repair does not get it working again, it would need to be reset -- and that poses a much more serious issue as HP no longer carries recovery media for their Win7 PCs.
Second, while I understand the money situation as you have explained it, we are in no position here to authorized and repairs or diagnostics to be done by anyone other than yourself, nor can we send you anything to use.
To check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
