Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s060sa (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to make a bootable bios USB drive as my HP Pavilion will not boot up (black screen, fan running, 3 long white flashes, 3 short flashes by caps lock).  The Bios driver has downloaded to the hard drive on my Samsung RV510, but once the file had been extracted the expected page did not appear offering the option to create a bootable USB Drive.  I see that I am not the only one who has had this problem, but I have not seen an answer anywhere yet.  Any suggestions please?
