I need to replace the CMOS battery. Where is it located?

Why you have to replace it ? It does not have CMOS (or RTC) battery. It parts list

I'm unable to start the computer. I've tried the static removal by holding the power key, remove battery & power cord. Then I read a HP article about the cmos battery and all my symptoms seemed to be the same.
