Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook - 15-ak003ng (ENERGY STAR)

Hi
I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook - 15-ak003ng (ENERGY STAR) and it has Insyde f.82 BIOS.
My HDD driver slot is broken so I bought an SSD and that's the only driver for my Laptop.
Now I wanna install the OS on it but it won't recognize the volumes and I have to update the bios
How can I update Insyde f.82 BIOS to a newer version while It won't have OS?
BOIS: Insyde f.82

PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI: version 1.12.0.0
CPU :  intel core i7 6700hq
