Hey all.
There was this one time around 3 years ago there were an offer called pop 2 in my high school I got me a notebook HP 14 for study it had Ubuntu on it I finish courses then I put aside now I want to use again and put Windows 10 on it but when I want change UEFI settings and secure boot setting to install it asks for password can you guys help me out?

IF it's got a BIOS password, then no.
I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.
For BIOS or power-on password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.
If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

Sorry if I didn't formulate my question good enough I'm new here
In fact, I do not care about the bios password I just want to change the system from ubuntu to windows is there any way for that specific request with keeping the bios password no problem

You should be able to boot your PC from Windows install media. IF that does not work, then we can't help you and you would have to take the laptop to a repair facility to see what they can do for you.
