Solved!

I was locked out by system bios

HP Recommended
HP G1 notebook 255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I boot my system, it say boot device not found , please install an operating system in your hard disk (3F0) .

I click f2 to run diagnosis and it passed memory  but nothing still happen. 

I click F10  the pop out blue something saying 

Enter administavite password and after several attempt it pop out again system disabled  with this code 8959 7725. I need help to enter the BIOS and fix the boot stof ..

@ZEPHRINUS 

You're not going to fix the boot problem through BIOS settings.

 

This is usually a drive failure, and you run the diagnostics by pressing F2 when you are in the Startup Menu.

I run the diagnosis and it was memory passed

Hard disk failed 

 

What can I do .. Why I wanted to enter bios was to install install the windows os again .. I try installing but was not showing anything and at some point, it say system fails to authenticate the image bla bla on a text  blue background
