When I started the pc the first time yesterday, I saw a msg (...ID not recognized...) flash on the screen. Now the msg is "Location not found" and some other stuff. But I don't have any control of the screen. Can't get to the Windows button via keyboard or mouse. No Chrome. Nothing of mine, all anonymous. Usually it's Hi, Judi, but now it's just Hi. I went through the BIOS reset twice with no change. I'm not too tech savvy, so please help.

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Have you attempted a system restore?
Do you have a working anti-spyware and anti-malware/virus software on the device? If yes, please run a full scan on the device.
