Impossibilité de démarrer mon ordinateur portable

Bonjour

Le demarrage de mon ordinateur s'arrete sur un ecran noir vide, cela fait plusieurs jours que j'avais de temps en temps des problemes de démarrage. J'obtiens toujours le meme code d'erreur quand je teste le demarrage, le test d'execution, le test du reglage systeme, test du disque dur. Le code est RLNJE4-5PUAN3-MFH15F-60Q603. La restauration du Bios système echoue aussi. Quelqu'un aurait il une réponse pour ce problème et une solution aussi? merci par avance

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
