I had an important update, i did it, everything was fine so i turned off the PC. The day after it asks me to update the BIOS i go for the update but after the reboot it ask me again for the update. I've tried again but everytime i turn on the pc it asks me to update the BIOS to 3.8.0.0 version. I'm stucked, i've  already tried to recover the BIOS via USB but it does not work. How can i fix this problem?

Thank you

That seems a universal problem that happens on F.31 BIOS + win10 1809. Ive downgraded to 1803. F.31 BIOS is not a good version.
