Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Hi I need help with my laptop whenever I try to work on my laptop it auto select top file/folder in any window if try to open and automatically starts scrolling upwards and this frustrates me a lot I tried to uninstall my mouse driver as pert checking but it didn't work please suggest me anything as its making me crazy, even I formatted the whole system and reinstalled windows still issue persist please need support on this.

And if it is mechanical, like a stuck key, Page Up or something?
