Dear HP community,
I have had this laptop for about 2 years and my boot up requires either a Password or a PIN. I chose to use a PIN. Last nite I got a message that my PIN was not Recognized and when I selected to reset it, I was directed to Microsoft windows support. BTW I am using windows 11. Anyway, this action put me in a loop and I eventually got the message that my PIN could not be reset. Now I have no way of turning the machine on even to do a fix. I strongly suspect a PIN related virus as I know for a fact I did not change the PIN or sign on method. does anyone know a fix for this?
Thanks
H Gary
