Hi

Looking for advice….

I responded to promot to install BIOS update (AMD processors) this evening. Screen has frozen, machine very warm and noisy for over 45 mins. 

 

There is no information to reassure me update is being installed, or how long it may take. I cant escape the programme/ access other screens. Any suggestions/ advice/ support welcomed! 

I have a windowa operating system but am not sure which one- at least windows 10 ? Maybe newer…
