Hi

Some Grub entries are looking to load/Boot from...

menuentry "Start Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon 64-bit (compatibility mode)" {
linux /casper/vmlinuz file=/cdrom/preseed/linuxmint.seed cdrom-detect/try-usb=true noprompt

CDROM.

=> Grub2 (v2.00) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sdb

https://tec4tric.com/2016/12/what-is-devsda-in-linux.html

So it is all screwed up.

If what you want to achieve is a single HDD with Mint on then I suggest 4 partitions

Grub (Boot);

Root (System);

Home (Your Area);

Data (All your Work):

With grub making it's own area you could try.....

Maybe system 115 gb, home 250 gb and data the remainder.

If in doubt please ask.
