After a bios update I've lost my 2 usb ports. I believe the problem has occured because of the biosupdate. But I have formatted my harddrive so I don't have any backups and I can't load the old bios from my hard drive. I need to know my old bios version and need bios files to load.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB ports stopped working after updating the BIOS.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the version of the BIOS installed on the computer?
Have you tried troubleshooting the USB port issue?
You can download all the BIOS versions available for your computer from the below link.
Before that, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article to fix the USB ports issue.
