Product: HP Stream 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear HP Support,

 

We're trying to install Windows 7 on an HP Stream 14 but when we attempt to we get the message:

No drives were found. Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation.

 

When attempting to run through Windows 10, the drives do show and the setup says that the storage driver 'Intel SD Host Controller' is needed, but we can't find such driver.

 

How can we find this file?

Hi, Oliver:

 

If your notebook has an eMMC drive, there is no W7 driver for the eMMC controller.
