HP Notebook 15-da1072nb

I have Windows 11 installed on a hp laptop and when i turn it on it says BIOS has detected that the battery capacity has been reduced, on a black screen. When my laptop is 100% and i disconnect the charger it goes instantly to 98 and I plug it in again it goes to 100 and unplug it again goes to 98 then it shuts down after a while when not plugged in. Since I installed Windows 11 i've had this problem, when i had Windows 10 i didn't have this problem. I tried to disconnect the battery and uninstall some driver like someone from HP said but it still doesn't work. It doesn't make any sense because the battery is still good.

Any other solutions?
