Product: hp probook 650 g8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Community,
Drivelock gives me some troubles on our new Notebooks.
It only accepts the user password and not the master password to unlock the hard drive.
There is a way to change that, but that disables the user password until the device is rebooted (can´t go into detail because hp will remove this case if I do).
Updating the BIOS hasn´t solved the problem.
A Samsung SSD 860 EVO M.2 with 500 GB is in use.
Pls send help
With kind regards
Grachtenpond
