This sounds like a failing drive -- and since your header mentioned Win7, is this a new Win7 PC?
Or, is this a Win7 PC that you have not used for several years and are only now using?
Or, is this a used Win7 PC that you just acquired?
We can proceed when you provide the information.

Thanks sir, I have been useing it for a while now. I turn of my bitlocker and on the process it starts showing disc is faulty, o should check the disck or contact for assistance. Now I can't update or download any software and can't backup my system again pls what should I do
