My computer keeps asking me to change my PIN password because of my "organization." I am logged into a personal account. I am very forgetful, so I would rather keep my PIN consistent so that I do not forget it. How can I change this?

Update - "Organization"

I have been reminded by a colleague that "organization" might indicate you are using a system controlled by your IT department, that is, you are using a "work computer" controlled by your employer.

True - IT / Administrators might require that you change your password every so often for security reasons.

OR

If you have full control of the administrative rights on the computer, you can perhaps change when / if the password has to be updated or changed.

Example - Windows 11

"It" and your Pin

"PIN" generally indicates you are using Windows.

Microsoft is in charge of Windows -- all of it, including how and whether you can log into Windows.

Pin Sign-in, like your Microsoft account setup, are part of the Windows environment.

The hardware, HP in this instance, is merely a vessel in which Windows is provided.

Ask Microsoft about how to log in, when, if, and the setup needed to do so.
