Product: HP ProBook 455 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

It has a black screen saying its version 1.23.0.0  BIOS and i keep pressing exit and F10 and nothing happes im not sure if it´s a windows eleven because it does not say please help me im scared it wont work ever and im using a differet laptop to use the HP center also the laptop is a Departamento de educacion laptop and it says no hard drive installed please help me fix it you guys are my only hope

Any GOVERNMENT laptop is the property and responsibility of the Agency that issued it to you.  These are usually "locked up tight" so that no one can mess with them.  Your only working recourse is to return this to the Agency for them to fix it -- there is nothing you can do about it and nothing we can do for you to fix it.
