I'm having a problem with this BIOS update too (AMD BIOS F.27). When i try to update it, I get a message that the installer failed to extract the archive.
I suggest we just wait to see if HP can solve the problem by uploading a new installation file.

Apologies for the very late reply and thanks also for the PM's you sent.
HP itself resolved the problem by withdrawing the BIOS update softpaq and replaced it (on 26 December 2022) with an update which did work. I have now installed the latest BIOS (F.27) for my notebook.
