Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Keep getting the boot device not found screen in middle of using my laptop, I can't figure it out even if I go to the hp support and help center and the boot error screen keeps popping up when I am in the middle of doing my schoolwork. I seriously am completely lost, and I have this giant book analysis due soon and I can't have my laptop locking me to install an operating system on my hard disk. What is hard disk? I don't know what that is. I want to speak with customer service, but I keep being redirected here. Please help!
