Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My hp Envy Laptop has a blue screen that says Kernel_Security_Check_Failure. No matter how many times I use the BitLocker key it will not recover itself. I have been through all of the Troubleshooting phases and NONE of them work. Before I stomp the laptop to pieces, can someone help me figure out how to get my laptop to boot into Windows 11 again.

Here's a thread dealing with that issue:

Perhaps one of these will work for you.
Good Luck
