Keyboard Backlight on When Plugged in - No Power Up - BIOS Already Updated

Hp spectre x360 13-ae012dx - 

1. laptop stopped working and won't power up.

2. Replaced motherboard

3. BIOS updated after  pressing "windows + B + power button".

4. Afterwards laptop turned on, but after battery cycle got low and laptop shutdown, since it won't power up again.

5. Keyboard would flash in various patterns over the last 4 or 5 days/attempts to get it to boot up.

6. Now today it went from flashing to solid backlight when it's plugged in. 

7. Have tried lots of things, am out of ideas. Help me.

I understand that you are having issues with your unit not powering up.

That is an excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.            

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue, which might need service.
