Envy x360 m 15"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Enxy x360 m 15" laptop (Product # 9TY28UA#ABA) purchased in late 2020 running Windows 10 64x bit.

Today, I noticed that the keys on my board had stopped working. They had been working in the hours before but had stopped responding for some unknown reason. I've experienced times similar to this where random aspects of the computer will stop working and a simple shutdown/restart usually resolves the issue. So, I shut down my computer.

The issue is, I shut it down and now I can't get it to turn back on. I think I should have restarted it instead of shutting it down as the power button on this laptop is a physical key placed within the keyboard. The keyboard that had stopped working for whatever reason.

So, any suggestions on how I can turn my laptop back on without the power button key? I'd prefer to not open the thing up to access the MB unless I have to.

Everything else on the laptop appeared to be working normally when I shut it down. I haven't done any modding of this computer.

Issue Resolved.

It appears that letting it sit for 25-30 minutes allowed the power button key to work again along with the entire keyboard.

All good.
