HP Recommended

The keyboard backlight on my computer stopped working after Win 11 update on 5/20/26.  I have worked with my company's IT and HP support and done all the things recommended.  The BIOS no longer has the option for Keyboard Backlight or Action Keys Mode.  When I compare my settings to the reference settings using HP image assistant, it seems they should be there, but aren't.  Ideas on how to get these options back or other thoughts on how to fix?
