Hello,

I'm trying to sign on to my laptop, but it seems as if there is some type on number lock on it.  It wont allow me to type letters only numbers.  No visible number lock key showing.  Can anyone help plz?

@TLD2019

I have a couple of suggestions ...

First, tap the Numlock key once to see if that makes any difference.

Second, hook up an external keyboard and boot using that.  Once you get into Windows, tap the Numlock key again to see if you get any screen notification of the key turning on and off.
