Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Keyboard is not taking input in startup menu and working fine else where. 

i want to enable intel-vt for that i need to access startup menu.

 

please help

The HP Startup Menu lists the function key assignments. 

 

You can press the function key directly, in this case F10, during startup to launch the same functions.
